Monitoring Results

Indicator Bacteria

Faecal coliform monitoring at Long Nose Point and nearby Barlings beach indicate that median values  at all six sample sites satisfy the criteria for primary contact recreation.

Biological Communities  

At the time of writing no marine ecological assessment of Long Nose Point outfall appeared to have been undertaken.
